Why does my New Holland skid steer lock up?

It will lock up the hydraulics and have the seat belt light come on. We can not raise or lower the boom then and are locked into the cab. Sometimes it will do it very seldom, and it seems the more snow removal I do and the longer I operate it, the more frequently it happens.
