2006 Ford F-150 King Ranch The 06 f150 has had some recalls. Overall it’s a good truck but it just seems like it always needs something replaced other than the usual upkeep. The brake sensor has to be replaced about every 6 months.I’ve had to replace numerous sensors and have had problems with the shifter cable.

It is also a 5. 4 triton so it has a lot of power. It has a regular short bed. And is also 4×4. I use the 4×4 5-10 times a year. If an accident should occur, our kids would be safe.

The not so good, rust underneath of bed (including the cable for the spare that went flying down the road one day), lots of small problems, bed is too small.
