Currently own a ’19 Limited with the 12.1 in uConnect. Once in awhile and intermittently the backup camera will not work – you’ll get a blue screen and a notice that says the “Backup Camera System Unvailable.”

It’s a start to find out where the problem may be. If the radio unit seems to have no power then start looking at the power feed to the radio, e.g. fuses, wiring, connections etc. If the radio has power but there is no audio or the camera is not working it may be in the radio unit itself.

What should I do if my Yukon camera is not working?
The owners manual doesnt say much. I would check connections on the camera and on the head unit or mirror, not sure which you have. Give the camera a flick with your finger. What year is your Tahoe? More importantly, is it under warranty?
