The high mileage oil has conditioners in it to expand the seals, attenuating the oil leaks. It’s not good, that can possibly create more leaks. I would be patient and add when you need to. Adding a little at a time will be less effective in my opinion than adding the whole quart at 1 time.

Have wreckered to repair shop (if not doing repair your self) They should only have to drop fuel tank and flush. you may want to replace fuel pump screen…but that should be only part needed…don’t let them talk you into anything else.
