There are no slide lever, or on/off switch, for the interior lights with a door open. The lever on the over head console is for turning the interior lights on, when all doors are shut, and to dim down the dashboard lights when the headlights are on.

One of the wires was a 12v constant and the other one, I am guessing, controlled the inside lights…it took forever to figure out what was going on.
