How do you reset the computer on a 2007 Dodge Ram?
1st Way:
- With the key out of the ignition.
- Disconnect the Negative battery Cable.
- Put the key in the ignition and turn it as if you where trying to the START it.
- Release the key and leave it in the “ON” position and let it sit for 10- 15 min.
- Remove key from the ignition.

I was towing a equipment trailer and was able to steer around traffic and get stopped on shoulder. I notice smoke and smell of burnt plastic from under hood as soon as I got stopped.
Are there any problems with the Dodge Ram 3500?
The failure mileage was 156,000. Tipm issues multiple times replaced wipers, lights, horn all go crazy on 4 separate occasions truck has engaged starter and engine started with no key in ignition. A real safety hazard as the truck is a manual transmission and if left in gear it takes off.

Dodge probably just photoshopped the new badge on the 2006 truck.
