How do I turn off Hill Assist on 2013 Ford Focus?

To deactivate it, push the Hill Descent control button at the top left corner of the center information screen or increase speed to over 40 mph. The feature will also shut down when the vehicle’s ignition is switched off. To activate it, depress the button again. A chime will sound to indicate the system is active.

Why does the hill start assist not work?

I don’t really care that the Hill Start Assist doesn’t work but the warning light is driving me nuts every time I start the car and if there’s an issue with the ABS I’d like to fix it. It could be the ABS. It could be from the TCM. You need to find out what the code is and what module it’s from for anyone to help you.
