Is El Al giving refunds?
Request a credit voucher or a refund for flights canceled by EL AL. We are not able to process refunds for flights canceled due to Coronavirus. Eligible customers can choose a credit voucher or a refund for their canceled flight.
Is El Al lounge open?
Please note, some of the EL AL lounges are closed until further notice – LAX, LHR, CDG, EWR, JFK, TBS, HER. The rest of the lounges are active. On destinations where the lounges are yet to re-open, eligible customers will get vouchers to use in the terminal when it’s possible.
