It’s on a 1999 Silverado 1500 NBS. Gotta replace one of those wonderful 4wd hubs this weekend 190 ft/lbs for my 3/4 ton Suburban. DO NOT ROLL vehicle weight on bearing when this nut has been loosened. Will ruin the bearing, as need the preloading from that nut to hold rollers against the race. $5 bucks for the nut and only dealer has them.

You’re wrong, for OBS trucks at least, as well. My hub nut from my old passenger CV measures 35.39-35.47mm across all 3 sets of flats. That would be right in spec as nuts are undersized from nominal while sockets are oversize preventing any interference. Not the same without you buddy.
