Both high beams & driver side low beam work. Fuses have been checked and are good. The bulb has been changed as well as the pigtail connector. Still no resolve. Checked the wiring to make sure we had a good connection. Anybody have any suggestions???

Why are both low and high beam headlights not working?

If both low and high beam not working only common thing to both is the ground wire….see diagram…verify by connecting circuit tester from positive battery terminal to ground wire in the plug once disconnected from the headlight bulb on that side….you could check yourself by checking the ground wire on the other working headlight. Any luck yet?

Do you need to change out your headlight bulbs?

Even if you aren’t interested in changing out the headlights yourself, you’ll still get a better value if you purchase the bulbs and ask you mechanic to install them for you. If your headlight lenses are cloudy or dirty, the fanciest headlight bulbs in the world won’t make a difference.
