If you keep an F10 a long time I think a worn transmission should be the least of your worries…. I don’t believe you need to swap the fluid at 15k, seems like overkill. It’s a common concern so you are right to ask this question. The ZF 8 speed is a “sealed” tranmission. According to the manufacturer you don’t have to touch it.
