I tested each pin with a test light and a multi-meter both the bed plug the bumper plug and got identical results which were left and right brake/turn signal and that’s all. Currently, the truck is at the dealer and I am waiting for their results.

They fuse the trailer running lights seperate from the trucks, so if you have a bad connection or ground the connector out, it will blow the trailer running light fuse, but the truck will be fine. I dont remember how they abbreviated the name of the fuse, i think the diagram calls it out though.
