Why is my Ford F-150 timing chain rattling?

My truck is rattling bad and its the timing chain Ford should have recalled this because it is a known problem. The oil seals on the tensioners start leaking causing them to not keep the chain tight like it should be and also fails to push oil around to the right side cam which causes it to fail.
