Sounds like your dealer has thrown one too many head units and resistors at it; time to start hunting for the wiring issue between the controller and blower motor. I do notice however that my fan speed dial is a little slow to respond.. I chalk this up to it being a resistance-based switch that’s computer controlled. Hope they get you sorted out!
