Why does my Silverado Sierra have no sound?

Mine did this until I found some chaffing speaker wires under the driver’s side kick panel. The parking brake pedal was pinching them and causing them to short. Check there. 3 weeks later… you have to love your multimeter. Found out that the stock tweeter in the driver door was bad. I disconnected it and everything worked.
