It sounds just like belt squeal. Used a stethascope and can only narrow it down to middle of valve cover area. I am going to try replacing the cam followers this weekend to see if that will help.

However, the spark plugs are known to sometimes break when removed. This can create a bit of a hassle if the spark plugs break off, however it’s still a simple replacement overall.
