Have the same problem on a Ford F350 it turned out to be the wiring in the door well the harness that goes from the door in the truck it was corroded wires 2 people found this helpful. I have a Ford F350 2003 Power Stroke and every Ford truck I’ve had over 20 years had the same problem.
The drivers side rear window will go down but not up (neither drivers and rear door switches). I had to hot wire it to go up, and then I replaced the switch. The new switch still does not make it go up (again, with either switch).

If fuse is ok, i would first check the wires in the boot between the door and the body for any broken wire. If this is ok, you will have to measure on the window motor connector to see if power is there. Regarding the hatch door lock, there most probably the lever connecting the actuator to the actual lock has become loose.
