This happens after driving the truck. Switch key to the off position and pull out, radio and stuff stays on as normal until door opens then shuts off. Every once in a while the engine will stay running along with all the other RAP features. It’s not normal. Sounds like you have a faulty ignition switch.

So that pretty much eliminates everything from key switch to ignition relay and to ignition side lug. With all your fuses still having power going to them, that makes me think that the pdm ( fuse panel ) is shorted internally. If you only had power going to one of thoses fuses with all those fuses unplugged, problem would be in that circuit.
