I was having a problem with my a/c system either working or blowing hot air. The engine revs consistently went up when the air-conditioning was activated suggesting that the switch and relay was okay.

A quick internet search to see if the Omron relay is available in the aftermarket led me to find the Omron relay, a Honda specific part with a reduced coil current, is known to be problematic.
