If the tube blew off and boot stayed connected to turbo you might not have cleaned the tube enough, not tightened clamps all the way or you put the boot too far onto the tube. Not putting the boot far enough on the tube will cause to blow off as well. Also the boot needs to be at the right angle when you clamp it to both the tube and the turbo.

Popped the hood and started it and noticed loud air suction sound coming from the Hose From Turbo to Intake. Slid it back into place and the shaking stopped and the engine ran smooth. From the engine heat, this hose becomes soft and loose with time. I put standard hose clamps on the ends because it happened two more times.
