Why are the lights on my 4Lo not working?
If I remove the battery for few minutes, the 4lo and check engine lights are gone, 4Lo is working perfect, difflock same. All working good. But after 2/3 days, when I start the engine in the morning, the lights are back, and 4lo not working.
When do the 4hi and 4LO lights start flashing?
I hear the 4WD HI engage before movement. Same with 4WD LO. (indicators off, not flashing) Won’t engage after the indicators start flashing. ABS and “skidding car” Slip indicator are solid on, whenever the truck is running. It all started when I approached a stop and applied the brakes; approximately 30 mhp.

Went back to 4hi and still no problem. Shifted back to 2wd and the lights started flashing and couldnt get it back in 4wd. If anybody can help that would be great. Thanks in advance!! Click to expand… When you change to 4hi to 4 low are u putting it in natural frist. Yes always go to neutral first never do it in any other gear. It happens as soon as the truck is cranked. It’s acting like it’s in 4lo and then I switch the gear to neutral and move the switch to 4lo then 4hi then 2wd!
How to change the fuse on a 4Lo?
The replacement is not hard. Remove the fender liner and remove and replace the pump. Check that the connector is clean and apply a bit of dielectric grease to it to keep it dry. helpful? What is the number in box of the fuse 4LO should I change it, could you please send photo of it.
