Resistor pack is up under dash, driver’s side, in plastic heater ductwork. One screw, slide back and remove. Separate plug, insert new pack, job done. You’ll need a good light and arms like a monkey.

Where is the relay on a blower heater?
Have sorted the problem. The relay had blown. To help others, the relay is located underneath the fuse box in the glove compartment. The glove compartment surround needs to be removed to access this – just undo the screws and pull out.
