I re cleaned all the battery cables and retested the fuse panel the only big wire coming from the battery is going to the bottome left of the fuse box and that’s showing zero and the ground on the engine is clean and tight at this point then the big wire from the battery to the under hood fuse box is bad

No electrical power even with a new battery that I bought because of the problem. I checked the new battery and it has a strong spark, but not even the lights work…NOTHING WORKS. Is there a main fuse or something because no matter what I do I can’t get anything to work. I even jumped the 2 large connectors on the solenoid and nothing.

Why is there no power to the car?
If everything works, then there was a problem with the computer booting up with the battery in the vehicle. If there still is no power and all connections are tight, then the fuse box could have a short causing the power to revert back to the battery. Also, try turning the steering wheel and turning the key to the start position.
