If any sensor shorts out the pcm goes dead and the no bus sign shows. On the rear drivers side top of bellhousing is the location for the crank sensor. Unplug the sensor and watch your dash.

No Way Not three times with it working fine for months in between. Cut to the chase. The Connector to the PCM wiring harness at the PDC was loose! Its the one that has a bolt in the middle of a square white connector. As I started to unscrewed it I noticed that the bolt was not tight. Ah ha!
