Where are the oil stains on a Dodge Charger?

Please look at the pictures and tell me how this can be. Oil stains are not from the valve covers as the aluminum is not stained near the valve cover gaskets. The stains are both sides located on top side only and run the length of the egine front to back. It looks like it is from the intake but that makes no sense to me.
