I happened to stumble on a youtube video about problem flashers on a JD tractor last week. Turns out the turn signals and emergency flashers are combined in to left/right turn signal lever mounted on the dash. There is a module on the underside of the dash, price about $50, which is a very commun unit in many ag vehices.
