What was the problem with my 2015 Silverado 2500HD?

Last weekend I took my 2015 2500HD on a vacation. Maybe 10 hours into the trip overdrive quit working and the engine light came on. Already depressing gas mileage got even worse as rpm was higher than normal. The last 1/4 mile of the trip it never shifted out of 1st gear!

Why does my 2015 Duramax high country not start?

I have a 2015 2500 High Country with 45k Miles. I was in line at a drive through and the lady asked me to turn off my engine cause she couldn’t understand my order. I did and when i tried to start it back just turns over but wont start. Pushed it to a parking place and notice diesel coming from the fuel filter where the water seperator screws in.

What to do when Silverado wont go into Park?

I got under the truck and pushed the lever on the side of the trans to the park position and then the parking prawl engages and the indicator on the dash says its now in park, but it still wont go to that position with the shifter in the truck, I now have to climb under there to move it.

Are there any problems with my 2500 HD Sierra?

Not any problems with 2500 hd Sierra with 6.0, 4.10, CC Z71 , 6 SP. Guess there is always one that gives problems. Glad warranty covers it. No issues with my 2015 2500HD 4700 miles on mine, trans temps 165-175.. For “therink”, Its a gas job. Got it back last night. Feels like a totally different truck.

It’s not easy to reach, but easier than being out of commission for a few days. A ratcheting box-wrench is the ticket, IIRC it’s 7/16″.
