How long does flexiteek last?
Flexiteek says PVC experts suggest the surface may start to crack after 25-30 years, but no problems have been observed on 20-year-old decks so far and the life span may be considerably longer. High traffic areas can become glossy, but these can be gently coarse sanded back by hand to the original matt finish.

Place a weight on the middle of the panel and flip over one end, apply glue with a 1/16” notched trowel. Apply only one or two tubes of glue at a time or the glue may dry before the panel is laid back down. Panel is now glued into position, the tape will catch any excess glue, this will make clean up much easier.

Use warm soapy water, methylated spirit or baby wipes. Do leave detergents to “sink” into the Flexiteek 2G deck for a few hours on oily, diesel and petrol stains so they can work and help to “lift” the stain out. A good scrub should leave the surface like new.
