The P04E3 code came up when I unplugged the sensor and after I plugged it back into the tube and tucked the tube in the engine bay (OEM CCV deleted with a 1″ rubber hose vented to atmosphere) I get the P04DB. This is actually the first thread that I have seen that explains what is happening so I thank you for that!
