I never had a problem with steering in the past, especially in the hills making 18 point turns. Full stop, brake applied, turn all the way then move. This just started today and from what I gather it is either a power steering issue or a hydro-boost issue.

Why is it so damn tough to get a good replacement Power Steering pump. There is no quailaty in rebuilds. Our trucks are so heavy that if the pump is not running at 100% pressure it wont turn. The first one I got from ford if you reved it just alittle it would turn easy. So the pressure was almost there.

I went ahead and looked up exact bleeding process on alldata and it said to turn on the vehicle, press brakes 10-20 times, shut off, jack up, turn wheels 20 times, turn on and turn wheels 20 times again. I followed the process and I still have nothing!
