It is very possible that has to relearn idle if everything was so off. IAC motors will cause this also and not set a code. If it runs with a little throttle, we may be in pretty good shape. Keep it running until it gets a little warm, then let off and see what happens. It may take a little bit to relearn.

If I turn off the truck and turn back on , it starts up fine till 5 min. later when it starts all over again. When starting truck cold, it runs perfect. After truck warms up starts to idle bad, and also starts making a loud suction noise like a vacuum leak. There’s no vacuum leak ,the noise comes from the throttle body. If I turn off the truck and turn back on , it starts up fine till 5 min. later when it starts all over again.
