Also the right rear tail lights don’t work. Can’t find a blown fuse and the bulbs appear to be good. It also doesn’t happen all the time….weird. I’d start by adding a 6 ohm 50 watt resistor per each turn signal location to see if that corrects the problem. Just picked up this truck last week…

So I was having the left turn signal issue that was intermittent and would activate the “hazard” lights (all 4 signals flashing; 6 if you count the side mirrors). So I researched here, and found what I thought to be a pretty solid fix for the issue.
