Im using a snap on solus scan tool that’s reading no sync, no ficm sync, ficm voltage is 48v when cranking. Icp voltage is 1.5 while cranking. Icp psi is 1100 while cranking.

I am working on a 2006 f250 that has a complaint of bucking and jerking while driving. I have verified the concern and the truck is losing ficm sync while at highway speeds. It is intermittent but I can replicate it everytime I drive it. There are no codes except a fuel delivery error code in the tcm.

There is a separate Logic side to the FICM which has been known to go bad as well. If you swap them out and it works, you just need to get your old one repaired/replaced, preferably through ficmrepair.com. The next thing is definitely to check the crank position sensor.
