Is the air conditioner on my Chevy Silverado not working?

Air conditioning on my 2015 Chevrolet silverado is only blowing warm air. Air conditioning system stopped working only blows hot air. Called dealer about the problem after I learned this has been an ongoing problem. Chevy will not cover this problem under warranty.
