I have no DTC codes that are popping up (had one for a bad glow plug which I replaced and cleared). I replaced my battery as they were old and no longer holding a full charge and they needed to be replaced anyways. Also unplugged the ICP to force it into default and that didn’t help the start at all (made it worse).

First off 6.0’s had a problem with the dc/dc convertor in the FICM fuel injector control module failing. There is a technical service bulliten out on it. Good bet would be contacting a ford dealership and explain whats happening and see if they will cover it.
