It’s was very cold here in Georgia but I don’t think that has anything to do with the trucks behavior. It was also hard to start for the first time in 3 years. I had to pump the gas pedal to get it to start.

Good Morning island auto, well your mention of that kind of pressure does sound a bit high, but the gauge you are using may have an error, generally even if the fuel did drain back to the tank it only takes a few seconds to be replenished and even if the system contains air, I would expect some firing to happen initially.

Why does my Chevy truck run so poorly in cold weather?
Not sure if that would cause the truck to run so poorly in cold weather though. PCV hose is a strong vacuum source, and it will cause a massive vacuum leak (depending on the size of the crack) that will change how the engine operates. It may contribute to your cold weather performance.

During idle it would sound as if it were about to shut off but it wouldn’t. Rough idle and hesitation sounded like a vacuum problem, so I checked the TBI. The EGR valve was faulty so I replaced it. That fixed the rough idle and it drove fine for a day or two. But then yesterday and today, my truck began to buck pretty hard.
