Why are the injectors on my Vauxhall not draining?
Curiously the areas around the injectors are completely dry, which is strange. Oil here does not drain away, since it pools here for when the engine turns over cold. Either the oil went through the o-rings on the crossovers (unlikely) or it went into the injectors and caused the engine mishap.

I carry out a lot of seized injector removals on these vehicles. The 2.0 ltr M9R Nissan engine fitted to these vehicles needs the cam cover removed to access the head bolts but you can’t get the cam cover off without the injectors being removed.
