How does the cargo light in my F150 stay on?

Customerreply replied 11 years ago I sprayed into each of the lock latch mechinisms on all three doors. Ford Mechanic: CTFordTech, Ford Technician replied 11 years ago Ok, Try spraying inside the latches again, and then “slam” the doors closed 10 times.

Yes the interior dome light stays on. I have removed it because it stays on. It is a 97 F150 3 door. How does the bed light on a Ford F-150 work?

At the moment, I’m thinking ground, In the diagram, the white wire with blue tracer is ground. It either grounds through the bed lamp switch or the cargo circuit/headlamp switch or the wire itself is intermittently shorted to ground/metal service.
