- Check all hoses or pipes the sure they are connected properly.
- Set up the hydraulic system and start it up.
- Extend the piston rod slowly with no pressure built up.
- Shut down the system and close the air valve.

Why is my PTO hydraulic lift not working?
The lift will raise if I give it lots of gas, but not at all with any attachment on it. I’ve also raised the lift, turned the tractor off, and stood on it as suggested in a previous thread. It stays up so it’s not the “o” ring.
