Just wanted to give somebody a heads-up that the Ram 3500 Dually lug pattern has changed for 2019. it is no longer 8 x 1.65., It is now 8 x 200mm. If you remove the front wheel adapter /spacer, then the front axle studs are the original bolt pattern of 8×1.65. but the rear axle is still 8x200mm. Thank you, it has been corrected.
