Can a 2009 Silverado 1500 fit an OnStar antenna?

DOES NOT FIT 2009 SLVERADO 1500! The 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 OnStar antenna requires a 3 prong connection. Bought this for a 2008 Chevy Silverlado 1500. I needed the 3 wire antenna (part #25815079) not this 1wire antenna. Since all that I needed was the Fin/casing part (not the electric part inside), I just took it apart and swapped it.
