Can you swap two cylinders in a blazer?

One of my customers sent me these wiring diagrams for his swap in a 2000 S10 Blazer. Notice that we are not just adding 2 wires for the extra 2 cylinders.

Is the S-10 Blazer powered by a V8?

The above V8 powered S-10 Blazer was real fast. The V8 conversion did not cause the accident, the driver did. Wrecking yards are full of examples of recklessly driven vehicles. Keep that in mind before you even think about showing off the performance of a V8 S-Truck.

Can you swap engine mounts on a Vortec 4.3L?

I just don’t have the wiring diagrams handy for that swap. Swapping engine mounts and such is pretty straight forward. its the wiring that gets most people. My recommendation is to keep the 4.3L computer system which we can flash with the correct V8 programming ($200) and then just alter the wiring for the injectors.

Can a Chevy Express be swapped for a Vortec?

I have a 2002 Blazer 4×4…love the body style and its off road manners HATE the 4.3 v6 ! Want good ole v8 power. Was thinking of a 5.2 l v8 w the comp and wire harness for same… ?will the trans work (4l60)? different EFI systems? need the comp and forward ECM harness ?
