Why does my Colorado window lock not work?
The resistor and connector is an easy fix with the link ssgjurista gave you. I think the problem is the contacts between the two most times rather than the resistor itself.

It is located in the engine bay, on the left side aft of the battery. Remove the one attach bolt and clean the mating surfaces of the box tab and the fender wall and remount the box. You don’t need to open the box at this time, but it wouldn’t hurt to check in there for corrosion.

The problem shows up as inoperative or intermittent door locks or power window operation. In many cases, fuse #42 in the underhood fuse box may blow. Power door locks are not working and the driver side power window is not working. All stopped working at same time. Checked fuses and they looked ok. If anyone could help with some suggestions?

Anyhow, turns out my battery was fine, but when I reconnected it the driver’s side window would not go up or down, and the power locks would not work. Pressing either button on the key fob would flash the headlights, and you could hear a relay under the hood clicking, but nothing on the locks.
