The swap would be great! It should bolt up just fine so long as you source a zero balance 164t c4 flexplate. I also thought an AOD swap behind the 240/300 six would be great, better fuel milage, able to cruise at todays higher speed limits, etc., but I’m not an expert by any stretch of the imagination.
