Why is the nearside speed indicator not working?
More urgently the nearside front indicator is not working. The bulb is fine and the rear and sides work fine, although they tick away at double the normal speed. I’ve taken the indicator out and fiddled with the wiring, but to no avail. Normally a duff bulb (because of the ‘double time’ ticking). Swap the bulb first.
What to do if your front indicator is not working?
Take your time, and if you lose your bottle you can then put it all back again. If you’re thinking of repairing that connector, you should check the wires in the main loom for the dreaded ‘black wire’ corrosion and be prepared to cut out and replace the wire as far back as necessary to eliminate it.
Why is my indicator light only working on one side?
Don’t know why it does it or why it is only one side. theres a metal strip the bulb sits against usualy bending it towards you so the bulb fully makes contact works I have this problem happening with one of my front indicators. The bulb and fuse is fine.

My left hand indicator on the dash board does not work, no audible ‘clicking’ from the stalk and no light on dashboard and no external flashing of external indicators, but all external orange lights work when car locks and hazards are on. Help totally stumped as cannot find if there idms a separate fuse for just left hand indicator function
Why is my near side rear indicator not working?
Near side rear indicator has stopped working, cleaned/re-seated connector no difference. Do I really have to throw the complete large lump of plastic away (at a cost of £300 for a replacement by the look of it) just because some tuppenny ha’penny led has given up the ghost!
