Its good you verified the pressure with a manual gauge. Its possible there could have been a faulty sensor. Since the manual gauge reads the same as the sensor, I’m sure the pressure is low. There are three things I would suspect. First is a weak engine oil pump. Second is the pressure relief valve in the oil filter base is open.
