The hose that comes out from the crankcase that connects to air intake had no clamp. It was loose. Took it apart and wher that hose connects it was melted. And the pipe had a hole. Replace the pipe reset the code ran the truck and boom. It’s back to normal running strong and smooth.

The P04E3 code came up when I unplugged the sensor and after I plugged it back into the tube and tucked the tube in the engine bay (OEM CCV deleted with a 1″ rubber hose vented to atmosphere) I get the P04DB.
