Why is my Ford PowerStroke making a high pitch whistle noise?
It happens at low boost pressure and seems to go away when it builds more pressure. I’m getting lots of boost when the engines working it will give about 25-30 psi. I ordered new intercooler charge pipe and boots as mine was in terrible shape, replaced those parts last night and I’m still getting the noise.

Is it normal to hear a whistle in a Ford Transit?
When the turbos spool up in my other car I can hear it as a light high pitched whistle. But that car has increased boost, sound deadening removed, etc, etc. I actually like hearing the turbo whistle but that car is fun to drive vs the Transit where it might be annoying.
