Why is my Chevy 2500HD oil gauge not working?

04 2500 HD DURAMAX DASH PROBLEMS. Tach works for awhile then stops altogether, will work when I drive the next time. Know my oil gauge is acting up. Checked with GM dealer, they informed me that the warranty on the dash ran out at 70,000mi. (85000) when my problems started. Whole panel has to be replaced. 04 2500 HD DURAMAX DASH PROBLEMS.

How did I get the radio back in my Silverado Sierra?

Took instrument cluster out and since it was easy took the radio out. Cleaned all connections checked all wires put dielectric grease on everything plugged it back in and everything worked. It’s been two days and so far so good. Well I spoke to soon. Quit working again.
