Last summer my blower motor stopped working on the slower settings and would only work on the high setting. Then it would come and go on the high setting. Now it doesn’t work at all. I read about the resistor pack on some trucks going out.

Where is the green wire on a Dodge Ram blower?

You should have 12 volts on the green wire at the blower motor any time the ignition key is on. The resistor and switch are on the ground side of the circuit. The switch takes various legs of the resistor to ground to control current through (and thereby the speed) of the blower motor.
